Scaterna Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Scaterna platform — including the website, mobile browser version, or Android application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scaterna.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the platform. Continued use of Scaterna after any published update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Access to the Scaterna platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Scaterna does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
- You are located in or are a resident of the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are accessing the platform in your personal capacity, not on behalf of another person or entity.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction that prohibits your participation.
Scaterna reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be closed immediately, and any funds in those accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements above.
3. Account Creation, Security, and User Obligations
To access the full features of Scaterna — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — you must create a registered account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your account access with any third party. Scaterna is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
As a registered user of Scaterna, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with any game, betting market, or system feature.
- Not use automated tools, scripts, bots, or software to interact with the platform.
- Not engage in any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.
- Notify Scaterna support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on the Scaterna platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). No currency conversion is applied. Supported payment methods include GCash and local bank transfers to major Philippine banks.
Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification and the applicable processing timelines described on the Withdrawal page. Scaterna reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing a withdrawal.
Transactions that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these terms may be delayed, reversed, or reported to the appropriate authorities. Scaterna does not charge processing fees on standard GCash or bank transfer transactions, but your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
5. Limitation of Liability and Platform Use
Scaterna provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scaterna shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including losses from betting or gaming outcomes.
- Loss of data, interruption to service, or errors in game or odds display due to technical faults.
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own actions or negligence.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
Gaming outcomes on Scaterna are determined by certified random number generators or live event results. Scaterna does not guarantee any specific outcome and does not imply that gaming is a reliable source of income. All play is at the user's own risk.
6. Account Suspension, Closure, and Intellectual Property
Scaterna reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including in cases where:
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
- The user requests account closure through the support process.
- The user fails to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period.
Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to verification and applicable deductions for any outstanding obligations.
All content on the Scaterna platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Scaterna or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without express written permission. Unauthorized use of Scaterna's intellectual property may result in legal action.
7. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Scaterna may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of Scaterna shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
